Q3014 represents the telehealth originating site facility fee. It may be billed only by the eligible facility where the member is physically located during the telehealth visit.

Your Magellan provider agreement is state-specific. Billing for services in a state outside the provisions of your current Magellan agreement will result in denied claims.
