EAP providers – Sign in or create an account on this portal to:

• Register an EAP case 
• Access EAP case details and packets
• Submit EASI Forms (reimbursement requests)

Trouble viewing cases?

Some users have reported intermittent issues with the EAP Services portal. If you are unable to view your assigned EAP cases, please clear your browser history and cache, close all browser windows, then reopen the browser and try again. We are working on a solution and apologize for the inconvenience.

If you need further assistance, visit MagellanProvider.com and select the ‘Chat with us’ button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. You will be asked to select one of two options to connect with the right team. For help selecting, read about the options below.

General Support:

Choose this option for general provider services and inquiries about:

• Contracting, credentialing, billing, and provider updates

• Website, login, and technical issues

• Members employed or covered by a non-federal plan or program

If you are unsure, choose General Support and we will direct you to the proper team!
 

Federal Program Support:

When starting a secure chat, choose Federal Programs to reach Magellan’s dedicated service team to efficiently handle inquiries about:

• Federal employee assistance programs (EAPs) – these cases have a MAT (registration) number that starts with “EAP” or “FED”

• Members employed or covered by organizations such as:

  • Federal Occupational Health (FOH)

  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

  • Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)

  • U.S. Air Force

  • U.S. Navy

  • Wildland Firefighter

Having trouble submitting EASI Forms for Federal EAP members?

If you are unable to process your EASI form online for Federal EAP members, you may download the PDF form (PDF) from the Appendix and send it by fax at 1-888-656-5032 or by mail using the following address. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-274-2477 during normal business hours.
