Conference strengthens provider collaboration across Wyoming

Magellan Healthcare of Wyoming hosted its 4th Annual Collaborative Connections Conference June 24-26, 2026, in Cheyenne. The event brought together providers, community partners and organizations from across the state to support a shared goal: improving care for Wyoming youth and families.

Why it matters

Strong provider collaboration helps families access coordinated, community-based support when and where they need it.

This year’s conference focused on advancing High Fidelity Wraparound practices through practical training and peer learning. Sessions covered topics such as motivational interviewing, crisis and safety planning, documentation best practices and family-driven care.

Presenters represented state agencies, tribal health organizations, behavioral health providers and community-based programs. Their sessions highlighted the value of cross-system connection and the role strong collaboration plays in delivering family-centered care.

The conference also gave providers space to connect with peers from across Wyoming, share experiences and build relationships that support communities statewide.

Collaborative Connections continues to bring providers and community partners together to learn from one another, strengthen collaboration and help families access the support they need.

Magellan thanks everyone who helped make this year’s conference a success, including attendees, presenters, sponsors and community partners. Your continued commitment helps advance care for Wyoming’s youth and families.
